FAQ's About Renting a Home
Q: What kind of leases do you have?
A: Most of our properties rent for a minimum of one year.
Q: How do I qualify?
A: Major criteria that may impact our decision are as follows:
- A combined, verifiable income of three times the monthly rent payment.
- No felonies/criminal history (No felonies in past five years).
- Good rental history (No eviction history, timely rental history).

THE STANDARD APPLICATION PROCEDURES
- Application Fee All applications must be accompanied by an application fee of $35 for each adult applicant (cash or money order only).
- Application Anyone over 18 years of age must fill out his/her own application. All signers on the lease must reside in the property.
- Make sure it is complete! A properly completed application is usually processed within 24 hours.
- Proof of Income All applicants must have a verifiable source of monthly income. Please provide proof of monthly income in the form of at least two pay stubs. Self-employed applicants may provide 6 months bank statements or tax returns for the past two years.
- Drivers License A copy of a drivers license must be provided for every adult applicant.
